OCD Hair Booking Policy Thank you for choosing OCD Hair! Please review the booking policies below before scheduling your appointment. These guidelines help ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both my clients and myself. 📅 Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your final total at checkout. All bookings are made directly through GlossGenius. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of your deposit. • You may reschedule your appointment once, as long as it’s done at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. 🚫 No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay in full to rebook future services. ⏳ Late Arrivals If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible. There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. 💳 Payments All remaining balances are due at the time of your appointment. OCD Hair accepts payments through GlossGenius and approved forms of in-person payment.
